Al Tayyar Holidays for Travel and Tourism Co. Ltd founded in 1983 under the name of “Eagle Wings” and was converted in 1986 to the current name after becoming a limited liability company in the Kingdom of  Saudi Arabia in  2001.

This company has now 28 branches dealing with travel, tourism and air cargo activities. 95% of the company’s shares owned by Al Tayyar Travel Group, and the remaining portion is owned by Al Tayyar Travel, Tourism and Cargo Company Ltd.
