The Company is also working hard to create an integrated internal system to deal with auditing and planning affairs. This plan includes creation of an auditing committee to oversee financial affairs, risks management and internal supervision. Moreover, that committee will periodically revise financial and risk management systems to make sure that they are matching with financial and legal requirements.
The committee will also plan and revise initial and annual financial statements, oversee functions of internal and external auditing regulations and make sure that such regulations are effective and reflect required transparency and other conditions set up by the Capital Market Authority. The company will provide annual and periodic auditing reports beside the annual management report.
